LEO VIP VILLA
Leo villa is actually like a hotel within the hotel. It consists of 3 blocks and 18 people can accommodate in its 1500 m2 space.
Block I
1st Floor: Living Room with 50" LCD TV, dining room, waiting room, study room, lounge, Home Cinema, Bar, terrace and Private Pool
2nd Floor: Reception, four bedrooms, two with Twin and two with French beds, 32" LCD TV, four bathrooms with Jacuzzi, shower and WC, balcony.
Block II
1st Floor: Kitchen, Bar, Hobby room, 2 storage rooms, lounge with 32 “LCD TV, Terrace.
2nd Floor: four bedrooms with French beds and 32 “LCD TV, 4 bathrooms with Jacuzzi, shower and WC, balcony.
Block III
1st Floor: VIP SPA (Sauna, Turkish bath, Steam bath, Jacuzzi, Shock pool, and Massage rooms) shower, WC and Terrace.
2nd Floor: Living and dining area, bedroom with 50" LCD TV, bathroom with Jacuzzi, shower and WC, balcony.

SUPERIOR VILLAS
There are 3 Superior villas named Aquarius, Aries, Andromeda. Each is 260 m2 and can accommodate up to 8 people.
1st Floor: Living room, dining room, 50" LCD TV, study room, kitchen, storage room, bedroom, bathroom with Twin beds, Jacuzzi, shower and WC, Terrace and private Pool.
2nd Floor: three bedrooms with two French beds and one Twin bed, three bathrooms with Jacuzzi, shower and WC, Balcony. |

TWIN VILLAS
There are 4 Twin villas named Scorpion, Gemini, Libra, Orion, Dorado. Each is 150 m2 and can accommodate up to 4 people. Twin villas share one pool for 2 villas.
1st Floor: Living and dining room area, 32" LCD TV, bathroom with Shower, terrace.
2nd Floor: 2 bedrooms with French and Twin beds, 32" LCD TV, 2 Bathrooms with Jacuzzi, shower and WC, Balcony. |

VIP SERVICE FOR VILLA GUESTS
Your Butler is at your Service
Your butler will assist you while you are settling into your beautiful Villa and as part of his regular duties he will organize and put your wardrobe in order, do the laundry, iron and mend your clothes and clean the room. Your butler will also assist you at the beach or by the pool side. All services such as meals, cigars (extra charge), newspapers and PC (internet) are placed at your disposal, reservations both inside and outside of hotel.
Transfer
Greeting at the airport is a service available and done by Guest Relations Supervisor with individual luxury vehicles, drink service on the way to the hotel, direct c/in on a villa, luggage delivery and help on arrival to arrange the things.
Services provided for villa guests
Buttler service, priority of all services business service (secretary), massage, 24 hours Room Service , laundry (washing & ironing), dry cleaning are included to our services.
In the Hotel
Concierge service for individual need during the day, priority using of all hotel services, a private beach and service on the beach, a private pool, tennis court, VIP restaurant: possibility to order breakfast, lunch and dinner from the VIP Restaurant, daily service of fruit, cookies and hotel wines into the room. (Special-Import wines will be served in Wine Menu with extra charge)
VIP Villa SPA
A special SPA Center is envisaged for VIP Villa guests. In the Center the following is at your service: Turkish Baths, Sauna, Steam Room, Jacuzzi and massage rooms. You can enjoy “kese” (scrub down) and foam massage in the Turkish baths and other types of massages such as Bali, Thai in accordance with the selected program. Spa team will create an atmosphere especially for you.

Villa guests can order breakfast, lunch and dinner free of charge from the menu of VIP restaurant.
Villa guests can benefit from the priority rights for making reservation to a la carte restaurants. (No service charge for A la Carte Restaurants) When waiting for their reserved spots to open Villa guests can order appetizers and drinks not included in our menu. These orders will be prepared in VIP restaurant and served to wherever necessary with extra charge. (informing the service rate and after taking the confirmation, service has done)

Meals and drinks included in the menus will be served to Villa guests all day long wherever required. (free of charge)

Special Room service menu is advised for Villa guests. Except this menu, request will be served with extra charge.

Villas are designed with a private pool.

The private butler of the Villa guests will take to and back the kids from the Mini-Club
