It is located side by side with Arycanda De luxe hotel, from the same owners. Guests can use other hotel's common grounds.

5 star Leodikya Hotel has a main building (600 beds in 5 floors) situated by Blue Flagged private sandy beach. Due to its position 90 % of the rooms have sea view. At the facilities there are a swimming pool (app. 1400m2), separated children pool and a separated medium pool with 3 water-slides in ever green and well-cared botanic garden. Hotel also has an indoor swimming pool, fitness, disco, sauna, Turkish Bath, Mini club, tennis court, step & aerobic saloon, Internet Café, Billiard room, Computer game room and Internet cafe.

Standard rooms have a wide balcony, shower/WC, bath, hair-drier, sat-TV and music channel, telephone, central air conditioning, minibar, safe and carpeted floors.
Family Rooms are consisted of 2 bedrooms separated by a door. One of the room has double bed, other room has 2 or 3 single beds.
