Total 44 Villas. There are 1 Presidential Villas. Each one has a total area of 1000 m2 and 450 m2 as a living area.There are 4 of Superior Deluxe Villa each villa is 150 m2. There are 3 Bali Villas, each villa is Total 54 m². There are 4 Bali De Luxe Villas; Total size 105 m². There are 26 Lake Villas; Total 65 m². There is 3 Lake De Luxe Villa and it is 150 m2.

Room details:

PRESIDENTIAL VILLA;

There are 3 bedrooms, 30-38 m2 sized, have french bed with Jacuzzi. There are also 60 m2 sized fitness room, 16 m2 sized Turkish bath, and Sauna for 6 persons, 50 m2 sized Kitchenette connected to 39 m2 sized dinningroom.

SUPERIOR DELUXE VILLA;

There are 3 bedrooms, 1 diningroom and terrace.2 bedrooms have 1 french bed, jacuzzi and Child room is twin-bedded with shower. Each Villa has 21m2 sized terrace and 35 m2 sized swimmingpool, sauna and turkish bath.

BALI VILLA;

Parental room has 1 french bed and bathroom with whirl pool. Children room is twin-bedded and has a bathroom with shower. There is a pool in each Villa’s own garden with size of 20 m2.

BALI DE LUXE VILLA;

Each Villas has 2 bedrooms, 1 sitting room and terrace. Parental room has a capacity of 22 m2, 1 french bed and bathroom with whirl pool. Children’s room is twin-bedded and has a bathroom with shower. There is not only a sitting room that has a size of 25 m2 but also a terrace with size of 21 m2.There is a pool in each Villa’s own garden with size of 35 m2 and kitchennette.

LAKE VILLA;

each consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 sitting-room. Parental room has 1 french bed and bathroom with bath tub. Children room is twin-bedded and has a bathroom with shower and WC.

LAKE DE LUXE VILLA;

it consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 sitting-room, terrace and cineroom with size of 17 m2. Parental room, 29 m2 sized, has 1 french bed and bathroom with bathtub and shower. Other bedroom is twin-bedded and has a bathroom with shower and WC. The other room has a french bed and bathroom with bathtub.
