Accommodation Facilities:

The Hotel has a capacity of 940 beds, in its main buildings and surrounding luxury villas. 3 special rooms, close to restaurant & lobby bar, are available for handicappeds. Golf course is 2 kms away with free shuttle.

Room details:

Superior Rooms: A total of 199 Superior rooms on the main building are available as sea or garden view. It is 39 sqm and furnished with lounge seating. It has balcony or terrace and guests can choose between a king size bed or a twin bed room according to availability.
Superior Laguna room: Same as superior, but all 52 rooms are located by the pool on the ground floor and have direct access to pool.
Serenity Suite: 14 Suites in total, each is 65 sqm. Suites consist of one bedroom, a separate sitting room and a wide terrace. There is a round dinner table seating 4, lounge seating and an LCD TV in the sitting room. The bedroom has a king-size bed and an LCD TV. There is a jacuzzi and deckchairs on the wide terrace.
Serenity Pool or Garden Villa:A total of 86 villas, each 86 sqm. 30 of them are located around the pool and 56 in the garden. The ground floor of some villas has a lounge and a children’s bedroom, whilst the upper floor features the master bedroom. In other villas the ground floor has just a lounge and the children’s and master bedrooms are on the upper floor. The lounges in all villas have a 4 person dinner table, minibar and a sitting area. There is a 4 person table and a jacuzzi on the large terrace. The terrace also includes two deckchairs for sunbathing. The children’s bedroom has twin beds and a bathroom with a bathtub. In the master bedroom there is a king-size bed and a bathroom with jacuzzi, a separate WC and a separate shower cabin. The sitting rooms and bedrooms in villas are equipped with 3 LCD TVs and there is a coffee machine in the sitting room.

Serenity resort has 2 large outdoor pools, one of them is 3621 sqm and filled with half seawater half freshwater while the other is 4062 sqm freshwater. There are 2 indoor pools within the Spa facilities. Hotel's entertainment centre is always open for guests with special shows every night, and includes a karaoke bar, dance school, Arena Amphitheatre, night club, bowling, billiards, cinema and 3D games. There are 4 tennis courts (quartz floor), two of which have floodlights. Goffy Kids' club is the peak of entertainment for children of all ages.
