Do Tourbox pass on email addresses? | Tourbox do not pass email addresses to third parties. Any email correspondence may be archived, but after your holiday is over, we won't send you any further emails. We get spammed too! |
What happens if I have to cancel my holiday? |
That depends how long before your holiday you cancel. Four weeks before your holiday you can cancel without penalty. Two weeks before your holiday we will usually charge you 50 USD. You will be informed of the exact cancellation terms when we send you our offer. |
What if I get ill on my holiday? |
Many countries have reciprocal arrangements for free emergency health care for visitors to Turkey. If you are coming from a country without such agreements,you should take out health insurance before you come to Turkey. |

Do you have facilities for diabled people? |
Increasing numbers of hotels in Turkey have facilities for disabled people and special suites, and these are indicated in our "hotel details" pages, or you can contact us with your special needs and we can suggest suitable locations for you. here, you can also read some more about Holidays for disabled people in Turkey. |
Can I pay by credit card? |
In principle yes. We can accept payment by credit card at our office in Antalya, but we would ask for a deposit before we booked. This is because we will lose a lot of money if you don't turn up for the holiday. We are also experimenting with Paypal credit card payments this year, and you should email us for more details at Tourbox Antalya. |
